I have no idea how to rate. I got no response that the ticket was being processed. Also, no response on the action that was taken to resolve. This rating request was forwarded to me by Lissy Bethmann. For some reason. I seem to have been dropped off as the primary on tickets. All tickets issued should have copies to me and to Lissy Bethmann. Lately, she is getting ticket updates and I am getting none. She wants to be in the loop, but does not want to manage the process. That's my job. Please remedy this situation.

The help is always great, corteus, and ready to help. The problem is with connections that still do not work correctly. Still have to call Integris to help for me to connect from my home computer to the one at work. I wish it could be fix once and for all. But thank you! Lidia G. Forrer
