I'm not a computer person, never claimed to be...however, with this issue, the only thought I had to rectify the situation was to do a hard shutdown. That being said, I've been told to NEVER do that (by previous IT vendors) and contact IT and let them fix the issue. So, I did! Nolan called me after looking into the issue did confirm that my computer indeed needed a hard shutdown. I did that while on the phone with Nolan and it booted back up and I was able to get back to work. I'm glad I waited to do the hard shutdown, until after talking to Nolan...you just never know what the exact issue is. Leave the diagnosis up to the experts!

I did not think the person I was dealing with was Dave. I actually thought we were dealing with Eric. He was awesome!
