I received a new laptop and Rafael was helping me log in. My old laptop had started working by then and I was working on the old laptop. Rafael remotely logged into my old machine without any notification to me. I have never seen a service technician logging in remotely without taking permission first. The way he talked was rude. But I will give him benefit of doubt .....May be that's how everyone talks from the country he is originally from. Omer helped me next day with my laptop. He knew the password to login unlike Rafael who said my password from old laptop should work. He was courteous and he made sure that everything was correctly installed after I logged in successfully to the machine.
