I had a call with Kent to set up a new workstation. From the beginning of the call it was clear he wasn't sure on the process and what steps needed to be taken. While he was doing the set up itself, I had to guide it by continually asking, what about this, what about that? We ran out of time during the first appointment, so we scheduled a time the next day to continue. When that time came around, I heard nothing from Kent so I called the general line who then transferred me to Kent. We continued the set up, guided by me, and then at the end of the call there was some question of whether or not the printer was actually set up, but he left it by saying -- well not much more that I can do, but if there are problems or it doesn't work, call us again. So while my computer is more of less set up, it was a frustrating experience.
