Hi, When I indicated that the issue was resolved I was referring to the website that I was trying to access of the governments. The error message stated that we were logged in and it denied us access. This issue was fixed by them as it was not our network's issue. However in response to having both computer 36 and 40 upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 as a way to trouble shoot this issue, was never completed by Bullet Proof to date. Serena King
