Mason is genuinely one of the best IT professionals I've worked with. He is responsive, timely, and informative and helps you understand things from a layperson's perspective. Additionally, I do not have huge expectations regarding IT based on historical and professional experience, and Mason provides a level of client service I never expected. This is the best IT service I've experienced. If possible, I would like Mason permanently assigned to our account.
