Adam was extremely helpful with all of the technical issues I was having today. He was super friendly and made me feel at ease about all of my tech problems. Everything was explained to me, and he made me feel like I was not as technically inept as I am. His customer service skills were outstanding, and I definitely would love to work with him again in the future! :)
