Michael and I played phone tag so Tyler helped me with getting ahold of Michael. Once I was able to share my issue with Michael, he walked through it with me and stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. The issue was causing me to not be able to complete my work so I am very happy that it has been fixed. Thanks Fuse

John called before the end of the day and was helpful and quick in giving me access to the drive, and explaining I would likely need to restart my pc to see it. Since I was in the middle of some work, I was going to have to wait to test until the next morning, but he assured me he would keep the ticket open, and gave me his direct number to call if it didn't work. Great customer service.
