You all really went above and beyond to assist me with this last minute new hire request, especially after a recent holiday, so I know you have plenty of work to accomplish. But I didn't make it easy either, because we had to first completely do the offboarding for a computer to use & you came through with completing both tickets in a very timely manner and it's greatly appreciated by me and our affected staff/new hire. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

This didn't turn out to be an easy straight-forward request by any means, but the Team pulled together to figure it all out for us. It took some time for sure, but I also called with the request saying hey our technician is here today, so we need to take care of it all today and it ended up working out. I especially have to commend Cerise too, because she ended up being on the phone with us for a good chunk of time & I felt horrible for that, but she was so patient and just kept figuring things out. We haven't had any issues with our Teams Room experiences, so we are happy about that. Thank you all for your time and efforts!! I always feel confident about calling in with anything because I know it will be taken care of, even if things need to be figured out first. Thank you so much!!
