Christian spent a good portion of the morning and into the afternoon setting up my laptop. He was thorough and patient with my requests in getting my printers/scanners and other tools that I used installed into my laptop, as well as setting up the essentials that was needed for my work at Gallagher Pediatric Therapy. He took time to answer my questions in a way that I can understand, at my basic level of technology and use. Although it took longer than anticipated, I am very happy that I have an up-to-date laptop and am getting used to the features and navigation. This is the first time that I have worked with Christian, and I have always had confidence in KME, having had other KME staff assist me in the past. This just confirms to me that KME is consistently excellent in their care for their clients, and I know that I can rely upon them , when I need their services again.
