Ross Martel is AMAZING- needs a raise. We worked from 8-12 between his appointments trying to reconfigure a receipt printer that lost all it's wireless recognition on our network WITHOUT having to connect it directly to the PC, as I could not locate the cord. He defied odds by finding a way that was not listed in any instruction not even the Epson manual. SUCH a blessing to have this fixed by him. Very communicable and pleasant to work with!
