Craig Blanzy was a pleasure to work with!! He was very transparent on encrypted folder recovery, explained action steps on how he would proceed, followed up w/progress made, and w/resolution. Explained how sorry I was for this triage and ensure he knew my appreciation for his efforts, he saved my bacon. I'm extremely grateful to Craig on recovering files and docs as this was our weekly payroll + 401k contribution folder, very essential details that's referenced often and needed for reporting purposes too. Erik Brzezinski and Ross Martel were great to work with too on this matter! They assisted and escalated this matter accordingly and understood the urgency. You go guys -- keep up the GREAT support!!!!
