I was very happy with the service that we received yesterday with our issues. The problem was resolved overnight, but I'm not sure that we were able to determine the root cause. Greg was a great person to deal with and stated that even though the ticket would be closed (since things were working) that he was still going to look into the original problem. Thank you guys for your support.
