It took a few calls before the issue was understood, and there were multiple technical difficulties while trying to conference with DW for assistance. I tried explaining what usually gets done when this issue comes up, but had to ask our inhouse tech person to come help explain. The issue was overall resolved but it took quite a while and caused our work to suffer since we could not use the DW printer for about two hours.
