She was very helpful. If I have any other issues, I'll let you know. It's been very strange. Because I will have opened a document, like an excel doc, determine I don't need that document open, attempt to close and it just sits there. I can't minimize it, I can't exit out. It just sits and thinks. I just give up and eventually it closes. OR.... I'll be asked for some information, I'll go to my file manager to open a document and the download box just sits there... No green progression shows up. Just sits there. She ran an update, etc. I'll let you know and do some print screens if and when it happens again.
