Alredo helped a great deal, when I came in to work and my computer had restarted/updated itself overnight (severing my connectivity). He trouble-shooted with me for a good 45 minutes, until we (jointly) solved the problem with a physical ethernet cable. He followed up diligently and repeatedly!
