Carl was great! My only issue was that my computer's settings were restarted and i had to re-adjust my settings, bookmarks, passwords, etc. Then again, this may have been necessary but a heads up would have been nice. This was not a major issue and i appreciate Carl was able to revive my computer the same day. :)
