Talk about persistent - it took us most of the morning to figure out my internet problem. Lots of exploration. Lots of repeated instructions because I am a little slow with computer-eze. Ernesto was very patient, stayed calm when he should have started yelling at me. Failure wasn't an option. We were down to our last idea and our last ounce of energy, when we finally landed on the issue and fixed it. Had to do with "resetting" my internet connections. We were into screens that I had never ventured into before (and don't care to again). So far, all is still working properly! Thank you Ernesto!
