The work ticket was addressed within an hour of being posted. The tech identified the problem, explained it to me, fixed it and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. He was friendly and easily discussed technical issues with me, a person who is not naturally disposed to technological issues. Fixing the problem has increased my productivity. Thank you!

Chris did an excellent job on this ticket. Email was added quickly without needing me to be involved. I'm also used to someone having problems with setting up the Receiving Appointments Calendar. Amanda did what she could - checking out all possible remedyies for my problem and then forwarded the info to Matt who got me back on, hooked up and ready to go!
