Glichy, Khaja and Viktoria were all great in trying to get this issue resolved for me. I have to give Khaja a special mention as he certainly owned trying to resolve the issue of including the Excel heat map add-on. While the issue has not quite been resolved due to my availability, Khaja was very proactive in telling me how long it will take to get the issue resolved and working around my schedule. I will reach back to him when I have capacity to have the issue resolved. Again, thank you Glichy, Viktoria and Khaja.
