Jessica is always so kind and helpful when I call. Sometimes I just want to call to say "Hi" because she is so kind and friendly. Michael was a huge help and always is. He is very patient with those of us who are not tech savvy and did not make me feel like my issue was silly (though I think it probably was). Best tech staff EVER! Thanks all!

Walter picked up my ticket and took care of the installation of needed security and monitoring programs and e-mailed me when he was done. We really appreciate this type of quick response and prompt notification of results, which is typical of NetEffect.

Walter picked up my ticket requesting the setup of a new executive and completed the process for both the Active Directory and Office 365 sides of the task effectively and competently, communicating regularly and responding to input and questions from us as he worked.
