Chase's work on this ticket was great and responsive, thank you! It would have been nice to have the original issue checked out prior to us getting an invoice for $90 as it ended up being a billed expense that we did not need after all according to this ticket. Hopefully you can get your money back on this and I have asked out Finance team not to pay the invoice we received it since we hadn't sent the check out yet. This ticket also has an escalation to figure out why we are getting a certificate error on the HARSRVR too so hopefully we'll get that cleared up too with the escalation to Bilal. Thanks!
