VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Thanks to Kevin for quick turn around and getting me up and running this am. I wasn't even at my desk, but he was able to unlock bitlocker and leave me with the login prompt. I'm frustrated that this even happened as it set me back 2 hours of productivity this am, and probably something inadvertently induced remotely by VersaTrust....but thanks for the rapid resolution.
