Craig and Edward provided excellent and personable service over an on-and-off entire 8-hour workday. They were focused on me and my issue, they were understanding of the importance and timeliness of finding a solution, they allowed me to collaborate and provide input which led to our ultimate solution, and they interfaced with a third party on my behalf advocating for support with the same fervor as if they were my direct coworkers. This is the kind of service that deserves highlight as a true 10/10.
