First this actually occurred yesterday 7/5/22. The first time I called the call was answered with yes? by Bob....I then confirmed I had called A Couple of Gurus as it sounded like I had woke him up. Then after telling him my issue..which seemed quite simple. My main PW had prompted me to change it and after changing my PW the new PW was not working. He then asked if he could call me back. 1 hour or so later he called me back. Restated my issue. But then had to call me back again. Then about another hour later he called and told me my new PW. I tried it with him when he was on the line and Bob tried the new PW too and it again did not work. So they had to do something else and we finally got it to work. However now today because that PW changed my VPN pw is not working ...the old or new one...So I have been back and forth on the phone with Bob again today and again...what in the past has been an easily solved problem has been alot of back and forth today without the feeling that anything really has been done yet to fix it. I miss the ability to call Gurus ONCE and get resolution immediately.

I would like to know why this happened? I think Ben fixed it last night, but my team members are still getting the message that it's still undeliverable. I haven't heard back from anyone at Cuneo that it has bees fixed or what the problem was. Poor communication.
