Alex Diehl contacted me initially, but he said my issue would take at least an hour to resolve and his shifts ended at 3:30pm. He gave me two options: either have someone else assist me today or he can work on it tomorrow at 7am. Advised him my shift doesn't start until 8:30am and he said he can still remote in at 7am and that he would just need my password since he would have to toggle between his account and mine. I didn't feel comfortable giving him my password as CocoKids staff have been instructed by our Compliance Coordinator that we are not to give anyone our passwords. Advised Alex that I will have to speak to the Compliance Coordinator first and requested that someone else assist me. Mike Ward contacted me and he was able to resolve my issue. Excellent experience with him.
