Aaron was very persistent at finding the issue and I greatly appreciate his efforts. The issue had to be escalated to another tech for resolution. Lee contacted me and introduced himself . Shortly after I spoke with Lee, one of our company Leaders, Jennifer Hadfield, contacted me to find out the age of my PC. Her experience has been that IT can spend hours trying to fix this issue only to determine the age of the PC is the real problem. My company has ordered me a new PC. Thank you all for your help.
