The actual message was lost. I assume that was the fault of the Microsoft program itself, and not your very pleasant technician. If the message had been retrievable, that would have been a better outcome. I'd prefer, in fact, that the filter was shut off. Thanks, RD

I know that TXSG has had some challenges adjusting to all the changes their clients are going through. While I did see some delay in response time in the past, those seem to be resolving. As usual, the technicians are the best.
