I realize life is busy, and so is work. But this was a password reset. WE don't have the ability to do it from our office, so we have to rely on Integris. Normally responses are pretty good, but as of late, times almost if not more than an hour to reset a password is I don't know what other than unacceptable. The tech himself was GREAT, and friendly. But overloaded with IT Issues I am sure.

Amy was great! All your folks are great. But it takes forever to answer a ticket now, the last 6 months has been terrible, with respect to how Capstone/Iconic/Integris used to be. It should not take 36 hours to reset a password.

The WIFI issue with my laptop was solved. My Smartboard still will not connect to the WIFI. So, I can't use it.

I was extremely disappointed in the delay it took for someone to respond to my request. I had to call three times to leave follow up messages. Several colleagues have had told me they have had the same experience. In my case, when the technician contacted me, he did a terrific job in solving the problem. I realize the emphasis to use voice mail technology instead of people has some businesses moving in that direction, I believe not being able to speak to a live person to initially requesting assistance was the principal factor in this case and lowered your customer service.

Travis was very helpful with weighing out our options for maintaining access to our old server while improving security on an EOL OS. Suraj confirmed the plan of action with me and completed the work in a timely fashion.
