I appreciated the full explanation and snapshots documenting what occurred causing the issue and when exactly to the minutes it occurred. The problem I identified was two missing customer emails on a same date. The resolution not only provided documentation supporting what caused the issue, but also identified for me the additional emails I was not yet aware I had not received. This allowed me to reach out to the additional customers identified with undelivered emails so they did not think I had ignored them. Thank you!
