CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. Thanks for fixing all of my computers problems, the new hard drive is great improvement over the old one. My download speed has gone from 24mbs to 51mbs.

Technician was professional and answered my questions, provided options and took care of our problem. The response from our first contact was prompt and if it was not for the power outage, the problem would have been taken care of immediately. Thank you for working with us and being so responsive, very rare in this town!
