Alfredo phoned at the exact time we agree upon. This hasn't always happened with other Dyrand Help Desk scheduled appointments, so I appreciate Alfredo's punctuality. He explained what he was doing to problem-solve the issue, provided me with guidance and responded promptly via email as he worked to fix the issue. And the issue was resolved. Thank you Alfredo.
