Sometimes the ticket system, especially when it involves an unscheduled remote-in to my computer, means missed communication that causes a delay in resolution. Aside from my minor peeve with the ticket process, NTI is always super helpful and friendly, frequently takes the time to listen and get to the root of my issue instead of slapping a bandaid on it, and never makes me feel bad for asking computer illiterate questions! I very much appreciate the knowledge and good nature of everyone I've worked with at NTI. Specifically on this ticket, Josh dug in to figure out that I had the wrong version of my software installed, got me set up with exactly what I needed, and made sure it was working for me.
