My issue was easy but a necessity! I was under the impression that I had to tell my computer at the time I logged in every time to use "all monitors". I thought that was odd! He set it up and showed me how to set it up if it ever changed again! Thank you!!!!

Marco is the bomb! He figured out my space problem. Thought i was going to need a whole new computer from what i was told the last time space was running out. i was told that every time my computer did updates it would take all the space and i would continue this way until i upgraded space. Marco found that there was an old antivirus still on my computer that was trying to run all the time and was eating up space. He removed it and was able to actually load windows 10, new anti virus, and still left me with 45 gigabites? i think you call them. My compute has 100 so that was incredible to me. Very happy! Thanks Marco!!!!

I am pleased with the way this service ticket was resolved for various reasons. The service was effective and resolved the problem at hand and was completed as quickly as I could make myself and the equipment available. In other words, they waited for me I did not have to wait for them. Lastly, they performed the necessary service at your office after ours was closed due to the Coronavirus lock down.
