Thank you Jay for contacting me to get my printer set up. I sent a ticket in over a week ago but did not get a call back right away, it was several days later. Since I am not in the office on a regular basis I could not get connected. When I called this morning, Jay called me back within an hour and got my printer connected in minutes. Jay was great, I just wish that the process of creating a ticket for service and getting a response was better.
