This ticket was tricky because Mettel won't grant anyone access to their firewall, so Darrel had to work with them to fix the issue on their end. They are really hard to work with and have a lot of bureaucratic red tape, and Darrel stuck with it until the issue was fixed, keeping me in the loop along the way. Thanks Darrel!!
