Great support for onboarding new team members....

Great support for onboarding new team members. Please be aware that in these particular cases, the tickets were derived to help in setting up a new computer for a new employee. Perhaps a different method of delivering the passwords would work better than sending them to the new employees email address when they have not even joined the company yet. One suggestion would be to send this to the supervisor before the start date.
