Amir assisted me yesterday with a VPN and Remote Desktop Connection for one of my clients. He was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I feel that he went way above and beyond the call of duty in addressing my needs. All of the SNS employees with whom I have worked with for assistance have been extremely good.
