Every year I get the support I need to go thru two sets of SAGE upgrades and every time I ask for Nelson because he knows exactly what needs to be done, how to do it and he guides me and coordinates the entire process with no issues. I truly appreciate this type of professionalism and support. It gives me the confidence I need in our IT service provider. This part was very much missing in the past with previous provider and I am happy we found Bulletproof.
