There were two elements in this ticket. I thought the connection of SAWTEQ to the domain went well. The connection of Datamax by ethernet was less smooth. The guess on the IP address cost me time considering I proposed the solution (using the IP address for the existing printer) in a previous email. I thought asking if I had a driver for the printer was not good form. Firstly, Bulletproof has configured a printer of this type in our office already. Secondly, even if I had a driver, there is no guarantee it is the latest available. I downloaded the latest driver wizard from the Honeywell site and setup the printer myself.
