One part coach, one part documentation jump-start, and one part therapist my coach does a great job distilling the information that we need to know and absorb into our business. Over time he’s gotten really good at understanding what (and how) we do things differently than what would be considered normal and he consistently adjusts and advises for how we can merge the two. We worked for months with Rex at Sea--Level to transform how we use ConnectWise, setup a triage program and change our business processes to align with the a new ConnectWise configuration (new boards, statuses, etc). After many years of using the product, we can finally measure critical KPIs, our SLA performance, etc. Many canned CW reports that never made sense are now accurate. Rex also helped us leverage MSPCFO to create a technician revenue based bonus systems. I cannot overstate the value that Rex/Sea-Level provided to us during this transition. We continue to work with Sea-Level on a monthly basis to take a deep dive into our operational performance and make tweaks to how we do things.
