Chris was super helpful and patient, professional. He wasn't able to resolve the issue immediately and researched it and called me back to then fix it asap for me - I was up and running quickly and appreciated his efforts on this!!

Christopher did a great job in assisting me with my issues. He was very patient. Jennifer was extremely friendly and was able to understand what I wanted help with. She did however forget to give me a ticket number to refer to, so that I could check on my request. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received.
