Mason did a great job on our x-ray server....

Mason did a great job on our x-ray server. Unfortunately, the IT folks at the X-ray company would not call him back to help with the setup. He handled this well, and we were able to get the X-Ray folks to remote in after he had gone as far as he could. We were up in running about as quickly as you could expect with having to ship a new computer. (FYI, an 8 is an excellent rating. To obtain a 10, you would need to get my computer system to do my job for me:)
