Sean is an outstanding asset to ICONIC! We have had several other tickets prior to Sean's employment regarding this same issue and no one has been able to fix it! Sean was asked at 4:30 yesterday to see if he had time to take a look at it and Sean went above and beyond to get it fixed so the tenant could have it this morning for an 8:00 meeting! Sean is very efficient and has a servant's heart to help those in need. It is not just a job for Sean he is truly serving others! We value Sean as one of our team members and are very thankful to have him!

We appreciate Chris's hard work and dedication to getting our new laptops set up. Chris took the time to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. Once the onsite job was done he document the steps he took so that the next set up was seamless and sent me documentation on all the computers currently in our network for complete naming purposes.
