The service i received was fine. I am glad to be back in business. Your employees did as well as can be expected. one interesting point after talking to Linda in my office, she said she believes that the remote certificate applies to everyone in our company, not just me. so the certificate just EXPIRED and everyone in our company lost our remote ability. It just happened to be the case that i was the only one attempting to use it, so i was the only one who noticed it. Do you think that is normal, if we are paying for an I.T. service to just let that expire without any notice?
