As usual, Joe Landry has done a superlative job. Having my hearing aid streaming work properly for Zoom meetings is a daunting task, but Joe always manages to surmount all issues. Joe is my Xterra tech of choice, as he truly understands all the issues with making hearing aid streaming work properly. He is also tremendously patient, and comes up with creative solutions for the best ways for me to understand and follow his instructions. Bottom line, he is a tremendous asset to Xterra.
