First off - Keegan's customer service is...

First off - Keegan's customer service is excellent and had the issue resolved quickly. Not having a phone system is a significant issue and my less than perfect ratings often have to do with a lack of communication and/or planning. I have followed up with Bulletproof for a Shaw roll out plan so yesterday's outage came as a bit of surprise. I hope there will be no more unplanned outages with regard to our phone system.
