Grant continues to prove that he is a warrior

My problem occurred at my home around 9:00AM on Monday, and the Service Desk and Cole were very prompt and professional in following up. Unfortunately, Cole could not resolve the problem remotely. He said I would need to bring the computer in. I told him I would be in the office on Tuesday and would do so. I requested that he get me set up with a loaner laptop to use while he was working on mine. I also coordinated this with Jennifer. I expected the laptop would be available at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, but I did not get it until around 11:00. I can't get much done without my computer, so a few hours of lost time.
