They did what needed to be done to get it fixed, I'm just disappointed with the follow up. 7/28 spoke to nick. then on 8/1 Tues called for update Fred said Nick was off, he would ask Jared about it, I received no response. on 8/4 fri I called again and spoke to Fred, asked for an update and gave new information I discovered, again no response. Then on Tuesday 8/8 I called again, told Fred I still got no response, he said he recalled I asked a week ago. Fred then transferred me to Nick. Nick did something sent me an email saying it should now be working. I understand the reps are busy, all I just ask for some kind of follow up even if its to tell me that nothing has been resolved but you are still working on it.
