Josh did a great job helping me set up a new computer for remote work. It wouldn't allow me to download any apps (including the Iconic app) so he was unable to connect to my laptop. I am very computer illiterate and Josh was very patient and helpful troubleshooting what the problem was without even being able to see anything on my screen. After his help, I was able to download the software I needed. I never would have figured it out without him.
